About Me

Dear friends and dinosaur lovers, I'm Lawrence Lin, the author and the artist of this website. 

Nicknamed "the dinosaur kid" since I was four, I’ve kept my childhood love for these prehistoric creatures to this day by eagerly digging into every source I can get hold of and rigorously studying every feature of these extinct creatures through research.  You know what I discovered in my scientific and research journey? -- that most dinosaurs in the Jurassic series are not accurately depicted! They are outdated representations or misrepresentations compared to current scientific findings.

To unveil media misrepresentations of dinosaurs, I created this website to turn your views of dinosaurs in the right direction – the paleontological direction. The prehistoric creatures I presented on this website, through my own artworks, are based off of recent paleontological findings and reconstructions. Thanks to the relentless effort of our paleontologists, we are now entering a new prehistoric world.
